Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery:
- Products showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
- Products missing original packaging or accessories.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
We will assess the claim and, where applicable, offer:
- A replacement product.
- A repair.
- A refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed product defect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is faulty.
- The incorrect item was delivered.

Exchanges
